Mark A. Pearson is an attorney with ARC Law Group where he counsels creative, talented and entrepreneurial clients in the areas of business, entertainment, sports and technology law. Mark works with headlining musical acts, Academy-Award nominated filmmakers, Emmy-Award winning television producers, apparel brands and leaders in the development of entertainment-technology. His primary focus is on negotiating contracts, securing intellectual property rights and forming business entities. Prior to entertaining the legal profession, Mark spent a decade working as a television producer and sports reporter and stays connected to his TV roots by serving as the legal chair for the local chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
